Tortellini Soup

INGREDIENTS
2 quarts homemade Chicken Broth (with some meat)
2 (14.5-ounce) cans HY-TOP Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp. HY-TOP Instant Chopped Onion
¼-½ tsp. HY-TOP Garlic Salt
¼ tsp. Italian Herb Blend
1 (16-ounce) bag HY-TOP Frozen Vegetables sautéed for 2 minutes in 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Frozen Beef Tortellini, cooked as directed & drained & rinsed (Chicken or Cheese Tortellini is preferred if available.)

DIRECTIONS
Heat broth with tomatoes and seasonings to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in sautéed vegetables and continue to cook just until they are tender. Adjust seasonings to taste. Try a spoonful or two of sugar if the tomatoes are acidic. Just before serving stir in the tortellini.
