Smokey Turnips & Greens

INGREDIENTS
½ pound (about 10 slices) Smoked Bacon, chopped
1 tbsp. HY-TOP Sugar
1 cup Water
1½ tsp. HY-TOP Seasoned Salt
1 (16-ounce) package HY-TOP Turnip Greens with Turnips, thawed
½ pound (about 10 slices) Smoked Bacon, chopped

1 (16-ounce) package HY-TOP Turnip Greens with Turnips, thawed
DIRECTIONS
Cook bacon in a large kettle until crisp; remove bacon and set aside, reserving drippings in pan. Add the sugar, water, and seasoned salt to the bacon drippings and bring to a boil. Stir in the greens. Cover and cook over medium heat 20 to 30 minutes or until turnips and greens are tender. Spoon into a serving dish and top with the reserved cooked bacon.
