Sausage & Gravy

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Pork Sausage
1/3 cup HY-TOP Baking Mix
3 cups Milk
1 tsp. HY-TOP Salt
1/8 tsp. HY-TOP Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
In 10" skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings. Place sausage in bowl; set aside. Add the reserved drippings to skillet and stir in baking mix until blended. Gradually stir in milk until smooth; stir in salt and pepper. Return to heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in sausage. Serve with biscuits.
