Rice and Chicken Sauté

INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. HY-TOP Garlic Salt
2 tbsp. HY-TOP Olive Oil
1/3 cup Frozen Seasoning Blend
1 (6-ounce) package HY-TOP Long Grain & Wild Rice Mix
4 cups (1-16 ounce package) HY-TOP California Blend Vegetables

DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet, heat oil; add chicken and sprinkle with garlic salt. Stir-fry chicken for 3-5 minutes, until lightly browned. Add water, rice and seasoning packet. Bring to boil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add vegetables, cover, and cook an additional 10 minutes.
