Chicken & Vegetable Packets

INGREDIENTS
HY-TOP Aluminum Foil
4 cups HY-TOP Frozen Mixed Vegetables (or a vegetable blend of your choice)
1 tsp. HY-TOP Garlic Salt
4 (4 to 6 ounces each) boneless, skinless Chicken Breast Halves
1 (10.5-ounce can) HY-TOP Cream of Chicken Soup
½ tsp. HY-TOP Poultry Seasoning (optional)
1 tbsp. HY-TOP Instant Chopped or Minced Onion
HY-TOP Aluminum Foil
4 cups HY-TOP Frozen Mixed Vegetables (or a vegetable blend of your choice)
1 tsp. HY-TOP Garlic Salt
4 (4 to 6 ounces each) boneless, skinless Chicken Breast Halves
1 (10.5-ounce can) HY-TOP Cream of Chicken Soup
½ tsp. HY-TOP Poultry Seasoning (optional)
1 tbsp. HY-TOP Instant Chopped or Minced Onion
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut 8-12" x 20" pieces of foil. Use 2 stacked sheets for each packet. Place 1 cup of the vegetables on the center of each of the double foil pieces. Sprinkle each chicken piece with ¼ teaspoon garlic salt. Place seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables.
Combine the soup, poultry seasoning, and onion. Spoon ¼ of the mixture over the chicken breasts. Bring the sides of the foil together and fold over tightly 2 or 3 times. Seal each end by folding over 2 or 3 times. (Leave room for the heat to circulate within each packet.) Place
the 4 packets, folded side up, on a baking sheet. Bake in a 450°F oven for 25 minutes.
